Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the pool area during scheduled service times. Missed or inaccessible appointments may be subject to rescheduling.

Payments

Payment terms are provided at the time services are scheduled. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin Pool Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

The following terms apply to our SMS messaging program.

Origin Pool Services Service Notifications

Program Description

Origin Pool Services sends service related SMS messages to customers who opt in, including technician on the way alerts, appointment and service reminders, service and job completion reports, quotes to review and approve, invoices and payment reminders (these may include a link to view or pay), and replies to customer questions. Messages are not marketing or promotional.

Opt In

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by entering their mobile phone number in the service request form on our website at https://origin-pool-services.yourpoolsite.com/ and selecting the SMS consent checkbox agreeing to receive service related text messages from Origin Pool Services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on service activity but typically does not exceed 8 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Origin Pool Services unless you opt in again.
